How pricing works
Prices aren't printed on this site. They are set by the studio, and the booking page shows them before you confirm.
What decides the price
A visit's price follows the service, how long it takes and which esthetician you book. The booking page shows the price when you choose a service.
The service and its length

Nothing is added on the day without asking you first
What the consultation covers
The skin analysis is its own 30-minute visit, or the first half of a first visit. It comes before your first facial, and always before a peel or dermaplaning. It is booked like any service, and the booking page shows its price.
How levels set the price
Beverley, as lead esthetician, and the other two estheticians set their rates by experience and training. The booking page shows each esthetician's rate beside her name, so you choose with the price in view.
Add-ons and changes on the day
LED light and extra time for extractions are added to a facial when you ask, and each lists its own time. Dermaplaning can be added as well. We agree with you before adding one on the day.
Deposits
A first visit takes a deposit to hold your time. It goes toward your visit and isn't an extra charge. The amount is set on the booking page.
Canceling or running late
Give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit and your deposit stays with your booking. Later than that, or a missed visit, and a first visit's deposit is kept.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay at the desk, or on the booking page afterward.
Gift cards and packages
Gift cards come in any amount, to use on any service. You can buy one online and send it by email, or collect a printed one at the desk.
