Your first visit
What happens, in order
A first visit takes 75 minutes. The analysis alone takes 30.

Step 1: Book your visit
Choose the first visit on the booking page, or call. A deposit holds your time and goes toward your visit. Tell us anything you want us to know; we'll ask the rest in the room.

Step 2: What to bring
Bring or photograph what you use at home, including anything that has stung. Come with your face as it is, with or without product, and tell us what you've paused.

Step 3: What to expect
You talk first, for about fifteen minutes. Then she looks at your skin under the lamp and tells you what she sees, and the facial follows from that. Plan on 75 minutes in all.

Step 4: Afterward
You leave with a short written note of what was done and what to pause at home for a day or two. Rebook at the desk or online, whenever you're ready.
Arriving
Arrive, sit down, talk first
Suite 2 is on the ground floor of the building on North Fourth Avenue, with a level entrance off the courtyard. Parking is on the street and in the lot behind the building. Your esthetician comes to the waiting room to meet you, and you talk before anyone lies down.
